RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with YKG MED CULTURE. Because our apparel and merchandise are made to order especially for you, we ask that you carefully review your order details, including size, color, design, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Most YKG MED CULTURE products are created specifically after an order is placed. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size or color selections, or changes of mind.
Please review the product description and available sizing information carefully before ordering.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact YKG MED CULTURE within 3 business days of delivery. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the product and the problem
- A photo of the packaging or shipping label when applicable
We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Personalized or customized products cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, spelling submitted by the customer, incorrect personalization information, or other customer-entry errors.
If the personalized product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the personalization information submitted with the order, please contact us so we can review the issue.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. If production has already begun, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order.
RETURNS
Please do not send a product back without first contacting YKG MED CULTURE and receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or eligible for a refund.
REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
